(Mobile) Off-platform email notification bug

Email notification redirect button link to CL platform results in infinite load screen. Reported by Tartan Jigsaw, Ross Tuffee and Angus on 25/04/22 and 26/04/22.
NOTE: I believe this error only occurs on mobile.

This can't be tested in staging as we don't have notif emails for staging actions so I think we can push this live and test whether it works.
