Scroll issue with white space at bottom of screen has returned

Same issue as before, when I scroll up and down, the bottom portion of the page turns white and the size of the white space increases and decreases randomly as you scroll and then eventually it goes completely white. Screenshots to follow.

This has been deployed on staging. Has it also been deployed on production? If so, could you change the label, please?

Unable to reproduce this, what are you using to scroll (gesture or the scrollbar)? Where on the page are you scrolling? Is the window in focus? What size is the window when this happens?

Here's a loom of the issue. the issue is present from 42 seconds onwards. I'm using inbuilt touchpad on mac and the issue also happens with scroll using magic mouse. Window focus, window size and scroll position should be visible from the Loom. Let me know if you need any more info.
