Adding LottieFiles to make placeholder images more dynamic

We can just use free off-the-shelf animations that we personalise using CL colours. Examples of this would be the ‘no search results found’ placeholder. I can provide a list of examples closer to the time of dev.

Here is the updated Lottie for the 'no resources' animation (i.e. no background and the files are now white). The previous one had a white background and grey files which meant we had a white box around the animation.
