‘Don’t remind me again' prompt for the green box on video roll.

If we find that group mods aren't opting for the beta video roll, we may want to introduce an option to click something like "i'm not interested, don't remind me again" and then to provide them with a route to activating via settings or the 3 dots.

I think we could just have it as an option for all users as I can manually cross check whether they’re a mod of that group through admin as I’ll need to go onto admin to enable the video roll anyway.
