Horizontal Scrolling on resource sections when using an old mouse

If you're using an old mouse (i.e. one that doesn't support horizontal scrolling), it's not possible to see past the first 3 resources ina resource section on desktop. Is it possible to add an optional UI for horizontal scrolling on certain devices/browsers?

Can enable scrollbars? Or cmd + scroll should work?

That's a bingo - holding down cmd works. This is perhaps something we could signpost better to improve platform accessibility for fringe cases. Maybe something we could tackle with optional (i.e. you can turn them on/off) accessibility prompts that appear in certain places around the platform?
