Open/close notification bell, search and profile UI

Can we make it so that you can open AND close the pop-ups for notifications, search and profile on the top nav by clicking the respective icon. For example, if I click on notif bell on mobile and the notif popup appears, intuitively, I want to click on the notif bell again to get rid of the pop-up.

yeah, I think we should do exactly that - clicking on bell closes notification and clicking on search icon closes search. This is for Dev team to develop.
