Show a count for the # of groups in a cluster

The challenge here is providing UX continuity across groups and clusters. At one stage we were aiming to create slightly different UX for the two to create separation but we also need some level of continuity. If we have the people icon on clusters redirecting to a pop-up (showing cluster moderators at the top) and we add a similar user count function to groups (temporarily just redirecting to the people tab when you click on the count icon), we will need to use a similar process for showing groups in a cluster (redirecting to groups tab).

Added count here. Note, I think with both counts, we should also show extra text saying what the count is for, ie. '.. groups' and '.. users' as seen on the mockup

In this case, we should remove 'People' tab from Groups and have a popup similar to 'Clusters' when clicking on the number of people. We also though that it will simplify the tabs as we'll also have 'Video Roll' tab now.

Yep good idea - lets go with that. I'll create a new ticket for swapping the People tab for the people icon + pop-up.

Could you please add a Figma for the group count on a cluster view onto this existing ticket, please?
