Ability to have #topics in the description of a resource tile

The main priority is that this #topic is searchable using the search bar. Showing the #topic on the resource is less of a priority.

What is this trying to achieve?
Topics on resources ie shows on the Topic feed like this app.communitylab.app/topics/rookieoven
Or Resources show in search (can be searched across title and/or description)
Or for filtering/searching resources on the resource tab in a group?

First option as a priority, second option as a 'nice to have' and third option I don't think is needed at this stage.

Is there design for the first option? Also that’s a non-trivial change. Probably won’t get finished these 4 days

I've changed the label status from medium to low priority as I think we should aim to tackle the 4 high priority tickets and the 2 medium priorities as opposed to spending a good chunk of the 4 days on just this ticket. And then if you have any remaining time within the 4 days, there are 4 low priority tickets. What do you think?
